Tyres arrived Friday 26 Sep, I went for fitting on Monday 29 Sep as Saturday and Sunday not working days. Three tyres were replaced successfully but the fourth tyre had a deep gash/defect in it making it illegal to use on the Road. So it my old tyre was replaced and I am now driving carefully with 3 new tyres and an old one. When I got home I immediately contacted Tyreleader.ie Support by email with photographs of the damaged tyre . A reply from on 30 Sep stated "complaint deadline has been exceeded" & " The goods must be checked at delivery time or at the latest within 2 working days following the delivery date". I have pointed out that by notifying Tyreleader on the 29th I was well within the deadline taking account of Sat or Sun not being working days. This has not been answered and I and I cannot understand how Tyreleader Support is failing to replace or refund cost of the defective tyre sent to me. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
