Fitting, balancing, repairing, valve (TPMS also) replacement, wheel alignment. Before the ALDI car park on Long Mile road. Dear Customers, we are a tyre service not a pickup / collection point. We register, unload, store your tyres and informing you about them when you order from a webshop with delivery to here. This is an invisible service for you but work. Its labour included in the fitting price, but if you want to pickup / collect the tyres only, you need to pay for it. The labour is €10 per package. Thank you for your understanding.

I ordered 4 tyres from TyreLeader.ie and had them delivered to their garage for fitting. After the tyres were delivered, I tried to call them to book an appointment. The earliest available slot was 4 days later. The only way to book was through their website, and the listed price was €40 (in 2024 they charged me only €20). After the job was completed, I was asked to pay an additional €32, as I was informed that the €40 was only an appointment fee. This brought the total cost to €72, compared with €20 in 2024. The person I was dealing with was rude. I chose this garage because I had a good experience with them previously, but now it feels like they are using unclear pricing and adding hidden fees. I also have doubts about whether the wheels were properly balanced, and I had to adjust the tyre pressures myself afterwards. I could have just gone to my local garage and had the tyres fitted for €40 on the spot, without the online booking hassle, long waiting time, and unnecessary arguments.

Dear Daniel, please watch your review with us step by step. - You booked your appointment on Thursday, so the Monday appointment means only 3 workdays and our Saturday is a half day only. - The first point of our Booking policy: we have to ask for a deposit for booked appointments. I am sure it means for everybody, this is not the full labour cost, that you paid. - About 2024. We can pretend you paid 20 euros for 4 tyres fitting. It means 5 euros per tyre. We are a fitting station of tyreleader, and all the legal businesses need to pay the tax and VAT. Over this we need to pay the garage rent. Summary, about 9 euros the rest from the original 20. For more than 1 hour of work. Who will work for this amount a hard physical work? - I wasn't rude. I showed you the printed pricelist on the service wall (could you show me any small garages with printed pricelist?). I was shown the tyreleader Information page about our services with the fitting prices. I was show you our booking page. If you had any doubt with the deposit/prices why you didn't read the Details? - 4 tyres fitting & balancing. Duration:1 hr 10 mins·- Now you pay a €10 deposit per tyre (included in the labour) for the appointment booking. The total cost is €72 for regular tyres or €92 for runflat tyres. - and more something for my "rude". You were late about 36 minutes from your 70 minutes appointment. The Booking policy part is the appointment cancellation is over than 10 minutes late, and no refund on the deposit. But we were waiting patiently and did the tyre fitting on your car. - You were waiting outside, you weren't interested about the fitting process details, but you have a doubt about our work quality. We have a digital pressure inflator, you can watch the safety video about all the wheel pressure was checked. But you did nothing. Except complaining and leaving an unreasonable review. Maybe you remember, you told me before you leave the service, this situation is ridiculous. I agree ps: And thank you for recommending our service to everybody below your review
